Andriichuk OÜ is an Estonian operating company in applied AI. We work in industries where decisions are regulated, audited, or directly tied to revenue — and where a model that fails silently is worse than no model at all.
Through four specialised brands, we ship voice agents, retrieval systems, and decision infrastructure for clients across the EU, US, Canada, and the UK. Each brand carries its own domain depth: regulated finance, iGaming, logistics, and general software.
Beyond delivery, we selectively take operating roles — fractional Head of AI, advisory seats, equity-linked engagements — in companies whose thesis we share. Our standing principle is no AI theatre: every system measured against a real baseline, every claim backed by a deployed system. Fifty plus projects since 2023, zero demos shipped as products.

Andriichuk OÜ operates beyond a standard delivery model. In selected cases, we take longer-term operating roles in companies whose thesis we share and whose stage benefits from embedded senior AI capability.
These engagements take three forms:
Fractional Head of AI
Embedded leadership for companies that need senior AI direction but not yet a full-time hire. Typically 10–20 hours per week over six to twelve months.
Advisory roles
Board-adjacent advisory for founders and operators on AI strategy, governance, and vendor selection. Light-touch, high-leverage.
Equity-linked engagements
A portion of compensation in equity, for companies at the seed and Series A stage where alignment matters more than cash. Selective by design.

Former Staff AI Engineer at PIN-UP / RedCore — one of Europe's largest iGaming groups — with earlier engineering roles at PepsiCo, Deloitte, and Health Union. MSc in Computer Science (Data Science).
