Terms of sale

In short: core features are free. Pro is optional, priced in US dollars, and paid through ExtensionPay and Stripe. You can cancel any time, and we refund your first payment if you ask within 14 days.

1. Who we are

The seller is Andriichuk OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17510708), Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Email: viktor@andriichuk.com. We trade as “Chrome Extensions by Andriichuk”.

2. What these terms cover

These terms of sale apply to every paid plan (“Pro”) for the following Chrome extensions:

Each extension also has its own terms of use, which cover how the extension itself may be used. If the two conflict on payments, these terms of sale apply.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown in the extension and at checkout before you pay. Your bank may convert them into your currency at its own rate.
Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is shown at checkout.
Checkout is provided by ExtensionPay. Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also accept their terms for the payment step.
Your card statement shows ANDRIICHUK EXT or ANDRIICHUK* followed by the product name.

4. Plans

Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Lifetime is a single payment. It gives you Pro for as long as we offer the extension, and it does not renew.
Pro works in the Chrome profile where you bought it. You can restore it on another device with the same email through “Restore purchase” in the extension.

5. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time. Use “Restore purchase or manage” in the extension, which opens the ExtensionPay customer portal, or email us. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, the subscription does not renew. We do not refund part of a period that has already started, except as described in section 6.

6. Refunds and your right of withdrawal

14-day refund. If Pro is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, and we will refund that payment in full.
Technical problems. If a fault on our side stops Pro from working and we cannot fix it, we refund the affected period, even after 14 days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep your statutory rights for digital content. This includes the 14-day right of withdrawal. Section 6 does not limit those rights.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually resolve the issue faster.

7. Changes to prices and features

If we raise a subscription price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
Price changes never affect Lifetime purchases that are already complete.
We may improve, change or remove Pro features. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, you may ask for a refund of the current period.
If we discontinue an extension, we give reasonable notice and, where possible, a way to export your data.

8. Liability

The extensions are provided with reasonable care but without other warranties, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Please send any complaint to viktor@andriichuk.com first; we reply within 14 days. Consumers in Estonia can also contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) and its Consumer Disputes Committee.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not apply to a payment you have already made.
