Quick Chrome Notes: terms of use
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the Quick Chrome Notes Chrome extension, provided by Andriichuk OÜ, Estonia. If you buy Pro, our terms of sale also apply. They cover prices, cancellation and refunds.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the extension for personal or professional purposes, to: Write, organise, export and import notes in your browser.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you write and for keeping backups of important notes. Notes can be lost if you clear browser data or uninstall the extension; Pro export lets you back them up.
What you may not do
- Use the extension for anything illegal or to infringe other people’s rights.
- Resell, redistribute or publish the extension, or remove its copyright notices.
- Reverse engineer it, or bypass its licence checks, except where the law allows this.
Availability and changes
We may update the extension, add or remove features, and change these terms. We announce significant changes in the extension or its release notes. Chrome, websites and third-party services can change without notice, so some features may stop working on some pages.
Disclaimer and liability
We provide the extension with reasonable care, but “as is” and without other warranties, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for losing content stored only in your browser. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access to Pro features if you seriously break these terms.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by Estonian law, and consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country. Questions: viktor@andriichuk.com.
